Spinosad and Botaniguard ES, foliar and root drench application. Rotate them.

Day 1 - Spinosad
Day 4 - Botaniguard ES
Day 7 - Spinosad
Day 10 - Botaniguard ES
Day 13 - Spinosad
Day 17 - Botaniguard ES

After three applications of Spinosad they should be gone.

Rotating the two products will not only provide better results but it will prevent creating a super bug thats immune to one product.

Where can I get the spinosad? And will it hurt that they are 4 weeks in flower?

I use these to good effect.

https://www.defenders.co.uk/shop/thrip-control/

It takes a while to build the herd up though, it's not instantaneous.
I normally buy 2 sets of sachets, around a month apart.
I put some in vegging area too, to build up a herd afore they go into flowering.
There's lots of different predators you can get for thrip. And spider mites.
Great for hobby growers.

Yeah, I have to wait until after 8 pm tho, they are sleeping now. But for sure. It wasn't that bad at first, then almost like over night shit went horrible. (That's a little bit of exaggerating, but it's like having a toe cut off, definitely not the worst thing that could happen to you, but try telling yourself that whilst it's happening)

Can you get us some pictures of the individual leaves with thrip damage?
I can't make out any damage from thrips on your leaves with the pictures shown above.
You will also have tiny black dots on the underside of your leaves. (Yes, it's poop.)
Thrip damage on top looks like your leaves have been strip mined.

If' you've got fungus gnats, spinosad won't help.

Those boards you have your lights hung from, the one on the far right in the picture looks like its barely sitting on the board mounted to the wall. Don't want your light to fall so I thought I would mention that.
