If your PPM's are rising, your plant/tank is out of balance.

My only observation is the third pic you showed the roots and the bucket with the nite solution. There are bubbles but they are quite small. Having your water 1” below the netpot your plant isn’t getting watered. Maybe upgrade your airpump and stones

Update: Brought the water level back to 1/2", got some better airstones, light as high as it goes. Looks to be on the rebound.

On another note, ppms at 350. Should I keep trying to raise em up (heard that SSH doesn't handle high nutes that well). Thinking I would work my way to 600-700 over the next 3 weeks of veg...going to top a couple times and try to fill a scrog out

ya i think that was just too much light for that liitle plant,keep ppm until you see new growth.roots should really take off the next couple of days.
