I would take a hard pass, but I may me more particular about this than others. I paid zero. So I see this:
Strike one - dot com instead of dot ca. Dot com is commercial as in commerce
Strike two - they are on Facebook for crying out loud
Strike three - they are charging money for a prescription, like I want to pay for permission to do what is legal now.
Is that even legal? Seems to me they may be morally bankrupt, charging for a medical prescription. Grow 4 trees and show them you do not need permission to make your own medicine.

It is very very common including paying certain amounts of money for certain plant numbers. I guess the pill pushing business ain't what it use to be so these poor desperate " doctors " gotta try to make ends meet somehow lol

Yer allowed 4 whats the difference with a few more say 400

You should do what your comfort level will allow.....since its you advocating for your own health care....
You should also remember that the constitution says that you should not have to give up your liberty in order to look after your health....
so if paying a couple of hundred to consult a physician to get a clear cut and dry paper work....trail..... in the event you should fall on the wrong side of the line at some point going forward....
Though what the guys are telling you is also true.... Dr's are not allowed to charge for cannabis prescription..and those that do are known as consultants....and mostly you will open yourself up to all the extra grief that can go along with having a prescription for cannabis.
You won't have to look too far around here for someone who has been affected by these short comings ....by having a cannabis prescription
A good example would be.....Health Canada breached all of our medical documents and did so on purpose..with a mail out.. in order to help the RCMP and police gain a list of all those people with cannabis prescriptions allowing them to grow.
Because the government was ending one medical program in favor of another at the time ....MMAR replaced by the MMPR so they(government) risked having about half of the 40,000 med patients (the not" left outs") in the supreme court case.... still being able to grow legally but no longer being part of the new program should they choose not to register....and their info would have to be buried since the MMAR was no longer an entity ....
And there were also the 20,000" left outs"...who got their licences caught up in an arbitrary date scam.... dream't up by health Canada and a Judge in charge of the case.....which left them dangling by no more than a legal thread and forced them to join the new program and to partake in the MMPR

Yeah, this Dr. isn't charging for the visit, OR for the script~ Its getting billed to healthcare as any other visit to a Dr.s office would~ You do have to pay for their "after client care", or something of that nature~ Which I am ok with~ And i do legitimately use it for health reasons that I wont go into, and ANY practitioner that would have seen my medical records, would say youre gtg in a heartbeat~ But I do see your point, and the concerns you raise are legitimate, both from a standpoint of what should be and what actually is~ But at this juncture I have already weighed my options and I have decided to go ahead with it~
