You can't revoke a right based on failing business practices. If the only way your business can succeed is to infringe or revoke the rights of law abiding Canadians then you're in trouble. we went the legal way and won the rights to advocate for our own healthcare...I can't see that judge or any other being successful at overturning that right...

If they ever revoke..i will be sure to mention to my MP to revoke home brew kits for beer and grape juice for wine and the home spirit distilleries..
