Until ya tie the economic interests of the country to the rich and corporations, they will be "global citizens" with no interest in the welfare of their own countries. I don't see that happening any time soon, better just to tax em out of existence and if they move take the money, though shit. bullshit. we have two currencies in our statutes and another in Law. and we are free to create others and use whichever we want. fun fact: the feds charter was up in 1933.
