Exact a fuckin mundo. That's the beauty of these newer leds coming out(LM301B) the older LM561Cs are dirt cheap now and probably a lot higher bin than they were when they were selling them more frequently. You can see what I mean by cheap though. Buy as many as you need for that price... Even less actually with quantity discounts.
It's crazy to think there's companies out there, throwing 4 of those boards on an aluminum sheet, tossing a $80 driver on it and selling it for $900. Insane.

What I'm using, 2 TSL2000's is well over a 1000w HPS. These are 300w a piece. 600w total.

At least 3 would be needed to keep up with a 1000w DE.
Well over a 1000w hps ??? Dude how high on mars crack are you? You get a free light then spew the BS like mars is holding a scissor to your nuts...
2.1umols/w(claimed) for 600w... is only 1260umols. Considering a single ended puts out 1800umols+ bare bulb and 1200-1500 out of a reflector based fixturer...what the hell are you talking about?? DE's putting out 1600-1900 out of a reflector based system.
How much kool aid did you drink??

Just a single ended hPs. I'd have to think it'd be pretty comparable using 2 of these lights. Maybe I'm wrong.
I really don't get why you're so determined to be negative at me any chance you get. What did I ever do to you? I really don't understand your reasoning to find any discrepancy in my posts to bark at.

i broke down and bought a chinese one off ebay. i think it was 12 bucks with free shipping? it did give me a decent idea of what my ppfd was with my qbs.

I NEED to SEE THAT...in a timely fashion plz.. another thing..let me be clear... STELLER RESULTS TO ME mean... doing it in a fashion that others CAN'T...Whereas MY production is in a level of its own...side by side .????.2 week veg from 6 inch clone...can YOU??? harvest an oz and a half to 2 Oz's top shelf.???.. dry,trimmed and manicured ? ANYONE can veg a plant for many months and do just fine..but in those many months I'm into the next grow...and the.....MORE HARVEST ,MORE YIELDS... Side by side.???..with all your powerful great lights..???..you should go figure out your plants transpiration rate and do something with their EXTRA ENERGY....Happy Grows!
