That's nothing spectacular. Most tent scroggers are doing that every run.

Haha. Imagine if that was their updated slogan. "Mars; we aren't being shady anymore." Or, "Mars; now with 75% less shade." "Mars; we've heard the backlash, and adapted our shading techniques."

(Guys, do I have to put a .". like that? Fuck, haha.)

Anyway, It's good to at least see what the brownie tray can do :)

Their plant count is triple mine?..or double min .. and I still get that . .. Lush garden

These will veg for probably a month and then will be flipped. I expect good things as they're dimmed to 50% already and are still far too bright. Luckily I have the head room to raise em up.

i would not compare 2-3-4 fixtures of MarsHydro leds with high-end HPS fixtures...
For sure the end product will be better with the HPS
I think these Leds are mostly an alternative for someone that does not want to use HPS lights anymore and doesn't mind sacrifice abit of yield/quality of the end product


So far i have 2x100w HLG fixtures, they did impress me with their efficiency/economy and the yield was very good too. But i can't compare it with my HPS light even at same watts i believe my magnetic HPS would give better bud.


Keep us updates Airwalker16, im really interested to see what this light can produce

Plant count means fuckall as far as yield goes. You just get tons of tiny nugs(colas arent one unless you’re growing small plants, You fucked up growing them, or you’re leaving them as multiple buds because you like that it looks bigger and curing them fucked compared to everything else) instead of a bunch of good sized ones. I run both systems so not talking shit about sog, just different, but twice as many plants and pulling the same just means you both utilize canopy space the same. Bet his veg time is less, which probably also means he gets through more cycles faster and yield more bud per year..... granted, that’s going to be how efficient your grow is and whether you’re ready to flower straight out of your past cycle. My plants have to adjust to the more intense light so there’s no way I’m flowering day 1 when everything goes into my flower rooms.

I veg under the same kind of lights that I flower with so no issue for ME... Happy Grows!

Isn’t there an identical light to the SP series with high grade diodes? I believe I saw pictures before I was aware of the new Mars offerings. Sold in Europe only? Just asking.

I thought I remember seeing a unit farm branded version of it being tested by someone with Cree and Osram chips about a year ago. I searched for it and it's harder to find any current info on it as its not on unit farms.website atm.
