Is this a hermie?

I'm trying to confirm what I observe to be the obvious. I see both boy parts and girl parts, but I'm no expert and leave it up to the educated masses to determine. Thoughts?

There is a few factors in that decision. If it's your first plant I'd grow it out for the simple knowlege. If you have several plants in the room I'd get rid if it. Seedy bud is better than no bud?
 
Plucking on a true hermie like that would be a nightmare in reality.
With what you've seen in the pictures, when you say "true hermie" do you mean genetically? As in, any clones also will be hermie? I'm hearing that I can't rely on the genetics in any clones from this plant.
