Ever since Trump was elected, several times each summer, white supremacist/neo-fascists have been using Portland as a destination for fascists from around the country to meet and demonstrate in our streets. The good people of Portland have told them time and again that they are not welcome here. They show up in the hundreds, we show up in the thousands. They train to fight, are fit and fearsome, wear armor and carry weapons. We have vegan milkshakes, clowns, elders in wheelchairs, a band and the bravest are the skinny kids in black who stand in front. The fascists don't like vegan milkshakes. They also fear us because we so greatly outnumber them. We could turn them into a greasy spot if we wanted to but that's not our aim.

When they try to march, we stand in their way. When they attack us, we stand in their way. Once they start fighting those skinny kids in black absorb the blows and defend the rest. This gives police the excuse to declare the fascist's protest over and the streets are cleared. This all takes about 2 hours. Trump and his and his fascist toadies in congress hate us. Badge of honor to me.

Make no mistake. The violence is entirely due to actions by fascists. Oregon courts agree. This summer, two of their leaders were convicted of rioting. They are still crying over that. This makes me happy.

I know because I've been to a few of these in Queens New York when certain skinhead bands were trying to use a local clubs, and you immediately have volunteers show up. Just FYI, the tactics many use during the counter protests usually never get violent, it's a show of force/solidarity.

There were hundreds of hate crimes committed by neo-nazis this year, more than a hundred killed by neo-nazis last year, dozens of violent protest marches by neo-nazis last year. You talk about the horrors of a protester breaking a store front window. Just to remind you what you should have learned in a US 9th grade civics class, assuming you actually grew up in the US: Hate speech is not protected from people who oppose people that speak it. The first amendment only guarantees the right of people to speak freely without government interference. It does not protect people who march in nazi or kkk regalia while broadcasting hate speech. Ordinary citizens who quite rightly object to hate speech have the right to speak against them, stand in their way and stop them.

Bernie is an authoritarian who stands with dictators like Ortega. He's also a supporter of Maduro. His authoritarian healthcare plan would force people to give up healthcare plans that they like while Bernie hasn't even told them how much the new plan would cost and who would pay for it. At least Warren has done the honorable thing and actually put numbers to her plan.

A vote in the primary for Bernie is a vote for four more years of Trump.

I don't understand what you're trying to posit here. Read my prior posts about surveiling alt-right/fascist forums to understand their lingo/dogwhistles and where they meet. This is to compile evidence against the closetted/crypto fascists. This is how we use our speech to combat theirs. Most if them know it's untenable to remain a neo Nazis when you can't get a job(outside of I.C.E) that's how you de-platform people from speaking engagements at college campuses.
