Hermies, every grow.. help!

Hello all, firstly let me apologise for jumping straight in as a new member with a fairly in depth post.. I used to be registered here years ago and went off grid but I have returned as I am at my witts end with this issue!

Background; I have 10 years experience but for a number of years I am consistently having hermies no matter what strain I am running. I created a list of factors I felt could be contributing to the hermies and changed them through process of elimination. I checked for light leaks, checked night temps, let my feed water cool to room temp, removed fans blowing directly on the plants, changed the soil, changed tents, cleaned the tents incase of pollen contamination, ran various strains from different companies, didn't over feed or under feed, gave half doses of nutrients compared to recommendation on bottle, kept light a safe distance from plants, and in general treated them well.. still hermies, every grow.

My set up; Different fem seeds/strains each grow, x1 600w HPS, Secret Jardin DR100 tent with x2 side vents open, 4" S&P inline fan, 5 weeks in V, no light leaks, floor fan in tent, night time temps are 16-20c, day temps are high at 30c-34c, outside room temp is 15c-18c, water is left to cool to room temp before feeding, I feed lightly, soil was Plant Magic now House & Garden bat mix, plants are trimmed to remove lower leaves and buds until mid way through F.

Example; Recently I ran x2 Reserva Privada OG#18 and x2 Paradise White Widow IBL, a few weeks into F I noticed x1 OG#18 had a few male pollen sacks. I removed the plant and disposed of it, I got it so early I was adamant it hadn't infected the others. The other x3 for the rest of the grow looked quality, no signs they were infected, come harvest time every bud on every plant was littered with seeds.

There 2 remaining factors I feel could be the cause of getting hermies, either the 600w is generating too much heat for the tent (30c-34c in winter) and the high temp is causing them stress but my understanding is some plants can take higher temps so I'm baffled to why each grow produces hermies regardless of strain. The other factor is the nutrients I use is turning them - I use Plant Magic Grow, Bloom, Root, PK, Magnesium and Bio Silicon with some organic white wine vinegar to bring down PH. I am going back to Canna nutrients and replacing the 600w with a 400w so it runs cooler. I am also going to run a 5" S&P fan to move more air and keep temps down.

Any advice or understanding of where I could be going wrong will be greaty received, I want to get back to high yielding, high quality grows instead of the now familiar scene of low yield grows riddled with seeds.. thanks in advance

Once my seeds POP I know how to take care of my plants but getting seeds to pop in a reasonable amount of time this grow has been an issue here. Never had a plant herm so far though, 2 prior indoor grow (total of 7 plants).

My first grow when I started up again I got some bad seeds from a buddy . Not buddy's anymore. Shit was a nightmare low yeilds and ball sacks everywhere . Never again...

When these breeders introduce 25 new strains every year it makes you wonder how well ANY were tested. So many great landrace strains have been crossed the past 40 years, GENETICS are hit or miss.

Too long in veg or flower? Each strain is in V for 4-5 weeks and run for the specified time the breeder says for the strain. These are turning hermie early-mid way through F. I also don't take pics of them so no flash!

Seems true , I asked about old school genetics on here and was asked if I was a troll lol . I am old school and just started again so I'm learning

I like to use classic strains instead of all the new hype strains. The majority are from long time breeders. I hear you with those new companies slinging out multiple strains, any breeder with a huge catalogue of seeds I tend to avoid.

I have close to a 100% germination ratio and almost up to 80 strains I have worked with. It seems in recent times regardless of how well they are treated, they all hermie!

Personally If it was me i would take everything out the tent when you are done, and clean everything with a bleach and water solution, take fans apart, clean the cover on the filter etc, clean down the whole tent, I would also buy a Quantum board or other quality LED to replace your HPS as they run much cooler, if you want to keep HPS then I would probably run a Sativa strain as they prefer more heat then indicas, as for light leaks I dont believe in them as I know for sure I have some but have never had issues because of it, plus in nature plants are never in complete darkness because of the moon, as long as it's not direct light I dont think it's a big deal IMO
