Those lights will get you thru the seedling stage but for the rest of the grow i wouldn't settle for less than 300 watts for those two plants. Also i would wrap some tape around those cups because roots don't like light too much.

Get a couple of those 2 ft shop lights. Would be 24w each bulb x 4 bulbs = 96w. Better than what you got

Is it an LED or Incandescent?

An LED bub will work for the first week or so above ground, and incandescent wont work, it will cause serious stretch and the seedlings will become massively elongated and fall over.

OK so under the 1/2 of 1% chance your serious and not just trolling to have fun.then I'm sorry.and I will give you some very good advise you will thank me for in 8 months when you start your first grow.Stop now.would you buy a kit to build a garage then go on a building forum and ask what end of the dry wall screw goes into the wood? no because it wouldn't matter if you knew, as you would be facing bigger problems very shortly.the light is a very minor problem on your first grow.go to I love growing marijuana and read the growers bible.go to another 2 dozen sites and read info on growing cannabis, study organic if your using soil then study how to set up a grow area before you invest in a light.your not ready to grow yet and you are likely to get discouraged and quit before you even see your first flower appear if the plant even makes it that far.don't get mad at me for saying this you will thank me later.don't just go on here and ask everyone to grow it for you .You lazy FUCK after all you did have a chm light on the back of a toilet with the hood touching the wall now theres a tip and a trick for your dumb ass.But to be honest this smells like KINGROW humor to me.

plants will grow under even the smallest light but if you stay with a small bulb like that you will get a tall skinny plant that will probably harvest you barely a gram, or nothing. You can get used ballast and bulb for really cheap on used marketplaces honestly got my 400 watt mh with 2 bulbs for 40$ and a 400 watt can get you decent plant growth, then there is ventilation, temperature, rh , nutes and more to keep in mind but 1 thing at the time and for sure you will need to upgrade that light asap
