Help a brother out

Hello people,
It's my first time growing indoor and obviously I started with the wrong foot. I'm growing in soil in a 1x1x2 tent. I got 4 critical+ seedlings. They are now 17 days old. They grow under a 250W MH lamp. The soil is a light mix from biobizz. The problem is that the leafs are curling up and they are glossy. The lamp is not too close to the plants, its about 50 cm away. The temperature does not exceed 22° celsius and there is a constant 60% humidity. So far I gave them only water, no nutes. I use bottled water because tap water in my area containes too much chlorine. I have made a mistake and didn't measure the ph level of the bottled water and when i did it it was around 8.5 and I know that is bad. The last time I watered I adjusted the ph level at 6.5 using a ph down solution. In my opinion they are developing well except for the curly and glossy leafs. Any advice for me ? If I missed to add info feel free to ask.

I gave them water 3 times until now, two times with bad ph (around 8.5). Last time I watered I adjusted the ph level at 6.5.
Then its ph, one watering of correct ph wont bring the soil back to the correct ph. Its going to take a couple, especially with them being in such small pots.. at this stage i notice not ph’ing messes em up the most. Later on when theyre bigger you can get away with not doing it. Wait till the soil dries out and make sure you ph next time.

How are you monitoring your temperature?
Because if your tent is 22 degrees but your leaf surface temp is closer to 29.. that could be your problem

Look up vapor pressure deficit that might help

Yes, in the beginning, until they were 3 days old. I used a propagator
Your humidity is fine for an established vegging plant, however Id be willing to guess if you found a way to dome them again it would help. My plants would curl just like this within 30m of me removing the dome until they were almost 2 weeks old. either way, its early growth and i wouldnt be terribly concerned as long as it doesnt keep spreading or worsening
