Ready to chop?

First time growing autos.
This one is a Zkittlez auto from Seedsman.
It’s running pretty damn long, currently mid week 16.

Had a few issues with it throughout.. cal deficiency and some heat/light stress. The leaves up top getting browned, crisp edges and ends curling up.
In the past week though the leaves have started to yellow as well as show dark blotches. I assumed it’s just the plant finishing it’s cycle vs a nutrient problem

and trichome pictures as clear as I could get them, some colas seem to have a good amount of amber and some not many...

Last week or two I’ve still been giving nutrients at an EC of 800 ( or 0.8 ) and 500-550ppm.
I know some people disagree on flushing and if it does anything but if it’s ready should I flush it before I chop?
Also when I read about autos it mentioned harvesting sequentially taking the top colas first and then allowing the bottom ones to fill up. Is that a good idea if the ones on the bottom do not look as full?

Thanks!!

I've never grown and auto, but I would probably chop her if it was me. It looks like it has some issues, and she's close to done anyways. I'd save what I could now personally.

Save what you could? You think some of it will be ruined? It doesn’t look to be affecting the buds at all. I think it’s likely the SunSystem HPS 150 light I put in there right before flowering began.

Temps are steady at 70°F but leaf surface temps are around 75-78°F. I put a 2nd fan in there to help.

I’d have to wait at least until Monday to chop as that’s when my amazon order arrives so I can finish building my drying box. Have to contain smell.

No, I'm not saying anything looks ruined at all. The buds look great. It's the sugar leaves that get my attention. I wouldn't want that to spread any closer to the buds if it was me, but I don't know what's causing that for ya, and I'm really no expert. That's just what I would do.

I've never grown auto but I think it's the same principle. I see they are starting to amber so they are beginning to be ready to chop. The longer you let them go the more sleepier effect they will have and eventually diminish in quality. I'd say chop them somewhere between now and the next 3 days. They look basically ready just those last few days is when they ripen up and pack on the weight but they look good to go. and flush.

No they’re from the buds. I’ll take a leaf and check it out.

Ok I get what you’re saying. From what I could figure out it’s likely LST or leaf surface temperature. Going to figure something out after this grow as I don’t have more tent room to raise the light.
