... where u read that ? ...
From other soil growers who recommend between 6 and 7. I have had very good success with the water at 6.5 - 6.8 pH growing in soil.

Lemon juice or vinegar will work in a pinch. But it took me 1 - 2 tablespoons to reduce the pH using white vinegar. That couldn't be good considering I use that same white vinegar for removing weeds from between the patio stones.

Switched from vinegar to 18% phosphoric acid (pH down) and I would recommend that switch also. About 4 - 5 ml (~1 tsp.) of 18% phosphoric acid in an imperial gallon drops the pH from 8.2 down to 6.7.

Hmmm ... I don't think either of my girls got that memo. Having zero issues with H3PO4. Acetic and citric acids do not maintain that lower pH for a very long period.

I swear, there is a group of anti cannabis radicals infiltrating the forums, waging a disinformation campaign, to sabotage the success rate for new growers.
Hahahaha right? I think some people just hear something and parrot it. They wanna be the one to answer you. I’m new here too in week two of flower. I’ll post some pics when my light come on later
