Noob Grower Young Plant Issue

I planted this seed 2 1/2 weeks ago I know very little when it comes to growing but I’m researching as I go. it’s starting to curl it’s top leaves and the old bottom leaves are drooping all the way from the stem and it’s very first seeds have fallen off. Need help figuring out how to fix this. .All details I know:
Temp stays 70-80 degrees f w/ space heater to control
Humidity at 70% with humidifier throughout day
using 6.0 ph’d water
5 Lights: 2 18in 925lumen 5000k daylight 10W light bars, 2 12in 750lumen 2700k daylight 7W light bars, 1 6in 250lumen 1500k daylight 5W light bar
2 fans blowing at all times one fan in and one fan out
Tops of plants kept 4-6in from lights

I’d keep those lights a bit closer. The long stretched stem means lack of light.

soil is moist so I wouldn’t water that size a plant in that size a pot for about 4-5 days maybe longer.

So basically too much water/lack of light.

The more light the faster they transpire. So let her dry out well And water her again in multiple steps
to ensure there are no dry spots. So half of the water then half again.

I had just watered before taking the pictures. . It seems to dry up after maybe 12-24 hours. maybe I’m not watering enough? What do you mean by watering in multiple steps and half and then half again?

The whole pot drys or just the top? No way that plant is drinking all that water that fast.

You want to water roughly a 1/3rd of the pots volume. Looks like a 1/4 gal pot so 300ml of water is what ur looking at.

By half I mean 150ml of water then wait 20 mins then do it again. It stops the water running through dry pockets in the medium.

The top inch should be nice and dry and the pot will feel light.

So I watered about 50ml earlier in the day before I left for work I was in a rush so I did not have time to put more should I add more water or just wait for it to dry it’s still moist top and bottom. Another thing. It’s youngest leaf died(it only had one) and the lower ones are have brown tips and have curled all the way down. The leaves above that have signs of blackness around the edges they feel kind of brittle. I moved the plant closer to the lights as well. You think it is just lack of water and lack of light that is causing this?
