When do you start LST ? When is too soon ?

I decided to open up my 13 days old girls I always open them up as soon as I see New growth inside always done it don’t know if it makes a difference but I like to get light on every leaf first time growing on a tent so fingers cross

I’ve grown in my yard before never had to worry about that stuff always outside first time growing autos I’m thinking about the amount of time they have to flower so I don’t know when it’s too soon to start pruning or trimming short lifespans of a plant have me alill lost

I usually let them be a little stretchy then I do a nice knuckle in the middle about half way down the stem but this is for a strain that is a super stretcher
