tell us exactly what happened like you should if you are going to alert us. for example what issues... thx.
What exactly happened was this: I put in an order,paid for it. 2 days pass without a peep from the company after I emailed nicely 2 ask whimy package would b shipped,which went ignored. It wasn't until I got a little shitty that I received an email instantly...saying I can't read,blah blah blah. I said cancel my order or send it.... apparently it takes this company 5-7 days to put a pack of beans in an envelope. I deal with ALOT of companies & this is the 1st to not b able 2 ship same day,if not the next day,but at the very f'n least... respond to the customers email,hands down... horrible f'n customer service, simple as that. Is that exact enough 4 ya?

Silly,why would you want someone that spends a grand a week on beans & a simple email 2 inform a customer, yeah I can see that being way 2 hard 4 some ppl...crazy 2 expect such madness man,my bad,lol. I don't want 2 DO business with a company like that ever.. & know alot of other ppl don't want 2 deal wit dat BS either,which was the whole point of the f'n warning u f'n toolbag custy

U joined yesterday,and already bashing a place that had the audacity to take a whole week to ship.
Ever think that most places are small,and dont ship every day?
If u spend a stack a week on beans,then you've had to have been around the block a few times and ordered from overseas.

I’m with you all the way. This company is corny. 7-10 days after payment to get an order out will have you germinating your seeds by April lol. Artizen Seed shop is a really great alternative and gets work done fast like they care about your business. I think there’s a reason this shop has a lot of inventory other places don’t. Prob cool for tent growers, but if you’re trying to get in soil ASAP...I’d def keep it moving!

I just ordered from healthy made on Friday night, did not receive confirmation email so I sent one to them on Monday. They responded within 2hrs and said they would send tracking info when package shipped. The beans showed up Tuesday morning in breeders packs so communication was not very good but to get them on Tuesday morning I was a bit impressed and will use them again. Just created this account because I was reading some forums and seen this so wanted to say I had a fairly good experience with them

It’s worth knowing Healthy Made isn’t a verified vendor with any of the breeders. If you buy from Healthy Made and you have duds in your pack of seeds, the breeder at hand will not back their product up because they are not affiliated with Healthy Made. If you care about being able to reach out to a breeder for discrepancies in your seed purchase, this is not the place to shop. Oni seed company made me feel very uneasy about using this vendor, I would highly recommend only using verified vendors.

Any idea what kind of space would be needed for $1000 worth of seeds a week? And if you’re growing on that level don’t you clone? I’m confused. But I’m also new.
