This stuff contains spinosad, I've used it successfully to eradicate thrip before. It can be dissolved in water and sprayed on the plants or sprinkled on your substrate and watered in to catch any soil dwellers.
so do i have to worry about overdose or anything? Did you use indoors in pots?

It's basically sugar(to attract the ants) with spinosad in it. I have used it indoors with both soil and hydro on vegging plants with no ill effects. I didn't realise you were so far into flower though................I would be worried about spraying sugar water on already developing buds

If you do try this route, I'd start with a tablespoon per litre and spray a single branch or bud to see how it affects it

thanks for the info, im only interested in using it as a soil drench for the soil dwellers, i have been buying beneficial nematodes in packs of four at a time for about 50 pounds and watering them into the soil and still failing overall (not saying the nematodes wasnt working) i have been interested in using spinosad as i had heard its very effective with thrips but when i tried to find a product with it in the uk i could find nothing so your info has helped me out massively, thank you

any recommendations on how much to dissolve into water if im going to use as a drench? Or shall i sprinkle it over the soil after watering let it do its job there and then water it in a few days later?

TBH, I really cant answer that. Maybe there were recessive ruderalis genes in the Plemon strain somewhere that surface every 1 in 100 seeds or are sensitive to being grown in a certain manner? I never had it on any other strain I've grown but that 1 seed. My other Plemons didnt do that. I had a wonderful momma I kept around for about a year or so with zero issues.
Just realised you responded to the comment i sent to 209caliclosetgrower but it sort of made sense to what we was talking about anyway haha

I've only ever sprinkled it on top of the soil and then watered it in (I use 1-2 teaspoons depending on the size of the pot), but if you wanna soil drench, I'd probably start at around a tablespoon per litre and monitor how it affects your plants, maybe just try 1 plant first. The instructions say to use 40g per 2 litres for ants nests, but this seems a bit excessive when you weigh it out.

Good luck whichever way you go.

Do you think the thrips in soil will eat that stuff? Or is it just them coming into contact with it?
im 4 weeks into flower so would prefer not to soil drench.

These 2 plemons i got on the go are looking good 4 weeks into flower. But the clones from them which are under 24 hr light seem to be budding up somehow? I did notice huge preflowers on the plemon compared to the others i got on the go which are deep psycho vurballen and dippy ellsy all of which clones look normal in veg. Anyone got any ideas on whats going on? Its like they got autoflower in them or something!
I ran some just like that and they were absolute MONSTERS. It was a "1 n done" though because like you experienced, it was on auto pilot even under 24hrs of light. I did find my keeper on a following run of seed though. It's a truly unique strain in a class all its own.
This is def a trait that seems to have been passed from the original mum. I think this was actually how @Don gin&ton lost the mother as it just wouldnt stop growing like it was in flower mode.

haha. it sometimes feels like that. thing with nematodes you have to keep the medium moist. I used them to cull fungus gnats, which was fine after 2 to 3 weeks (it takes a while). But then yer screwed if you let the medium dry out.....The nematodes seem to die but the gnats come back...aaaaggghhh haha.

Plemon Will give you the best yields , but i would suggest you pop those fireballs
I did, i have 2 girls on the go, 1 is extremely sensitive to nitrogen and have found it hard to keep her happy alot of leaves curling and she seems to be pretty small, the other is really happy and is frosting up big time 4 weeks into flower and is smelling amazing, great structure really happy with how she is looking and smelling, smelling unique compared to anything i have personally grown before.

vurballen, ridiculous thc, picture doesnt do it justice, you can handle 10 plants and soon as you touch this one your fingers are stuck together, strong kush cakey smell like the description, sugar leaves coated so much perfect to make bubble hash with the waste.
i wonder if theres actually too much thc and possibly stopping the flavour coming through, i think i wanna search through a couple more packs and find a more suitable pheno with less power and bit more flavour but still a very special find for me.
thanks bb
