Was away weekend and when I returned one of my plants had grown into lights, cannot move lights any higher.
Yes I know mistakes ive made,(grow room got too hot) but want to know if there is anything I can do,
shes 3weeks into flower,indoor grow.
Not sure about LST at this stage plus ive never done this before so wouldn't know what to do,and don't want to cut top.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I Ike topping a week before I flip em but its normal to take a couple chops 2 weeks in flower of the lower buds mostly that won’t be sufficient, also the couple of tops that hit the light. You could tie it down I do that allot on mine . Don’t be afraid to cur sparingly as the roots don’t know really what going on up top and will direct its energy to other bud site.

Slowly and carefully pick a point on the stem, BEND inward and downward until you hit the height reduction you need, and tie her down to something, with cordage that won't cut into her stem.
Good luck

This is NOT a supercrop, as in do not pinch and roll stem, just put a nice bow shape to her.
