just give them a feed. How close are the ratios to what you were using. If they’re too far off just make sure you give them a big first drink and get decent runoff. Just remember plants can’t see brands only what the base elements they are given and most brands use the same shit in slightly different ratios to get products that are similar but different enough to be “original formulas”

Ok. I’m not too sure what the numbers are ill check shortly. Haven’t been allowed to go there until he leaves for work. They’ll be near dead I reckon.... fmfl

Yea do it jimy, pretty sure it was like $10 and makes 40 or 50 litres!
The worst thing about the cats I found was that if left for too long, it’s too late, you’ll find little chunks of buds dying/rotting all over the place. The cats love their bud haha.

stretch has nothing to do with hps. It’s a natural part of the plants cycle. People also run hps from start to finish (both veg and flower) with zero issues.

An outdoor cage on a small 4 or 6 oz plant can be something as easy as 5 bamboo stakes and a piece of 1x1m plastic greenhouse trelli across the top

I might knock half a dozen posts in at each end and run string line through for a little support if we get anymore decent wind...?

1.2x1.2m 600w hps with sealed co2. 2 kingbrite 240w cob’s coming next week.

Veg is 1x0.6m 315w cmh and it’s getting very tight after week 1 of flip

1.2x1.2 is plenty enough for a 600w hps on it’s own and doesn’t really need anymore light. Can also flower that space with the 315 no issues.

I’ve run straight mh all the way from veg to flower and the same with hps. I found my yield went up slightly having a mix of both in flower and quality seemed a bit better. Also the mh only seemed to prevent plants over stretching even though there are less lumens in a mh compared to hps I put it down to the blue spectrum.
Mh i found also finishes a little faster in flower.
This is only my experience and I tested all this on clones from the same mother in a fairly dialled in environment.
A mix of the 2 gave the best overall results for me.

i always try n keep a 44 gl drum full of old swamp water, near me weed for frogs with a pole, or hose into the water for em to get in and out at night and sit on, if the weed is caged, sometimes at night when bugs are attacted to the weed thay can get out and feast

wouldnt hurt them but I don’t believe in flushing and hit my girls with full strength up Until chop. They do get 3-4 dry days before getting chopped and hung but that’s just to remove some water content.

Nah I just meant as a one off till more flower nutes are sourced not for flushing as such

most commercial ventures running hid would use both mh and hps in a 1/3 ratio Ie 1 mh for every 3 hps’s

you can have too much light. Also if the conditions (temp and humidity etc) aren’t right not only are you wasting co2 but it can cause more problems. If your new to growing ditch the co2 until you’ve got a few grows under your belt. There’s plenty enough in the atmosphere as long as your exchanging the air inside the grow area enough.
