Okay let me start this off by saying, Im testing a mars hydro tsw 2000. Its there newer QB board line Its got 342 pieces per board with a 150w driver per board.
the drivers came unattached you can hang them separately or put on the light I opted for on light for now for convenience. they screwed right on with those black nuts seen below, drivers are dimmable. it came packed very tight and well protected and in a discreet box. I received the light within 3 days of receiving the tracking number. I did pick it up before taking a pic the wires were also neatly wrapped up.

I will admit idk much about leds but I can say this light is very bright, I put it in a 4x4 i had going and removed a 600 mh that was in there
these just started to flower,we all know most lights can veg, so i figure it'll be a good spot to see what the light can do. this first pic doesn't do it justice i had to play with the camera settings to even be able to see the separate leds lit IMG_0060.JPGIMG_0061.JPG

I'll be curious to hear what you think. I was looking at their SP250 to hang in my garden window to overwinter my Kaffir lime and an orchid or two.

You're gonna need more than that in a 4X4.

E.G. what's good my dude? I see ya growmie. They hit me up about testing the SP250. I'm not even sure I want to do it.I have a 2x4 veg begging me to build it to take it a rig with enough power to flower if I wanted to.
I figure it'll veg the space sufficiently for my needs as I don't need a fast veg.I wouldn't try to flower the 250 in a 2x4....and expect greatness.
@Airwalker16 whatcha think about that sp250? I know you know your shit.

I think it's probably good light, but the reason I CHOSE the TSL2000s, is because the SP250 seemed to me like too narrow of a board. Kinda like using a single strip at 250watts. With 2 TSLs I've got a pretty good spread across thee whole 4X4. Although, the spectrum may be slightly better on the SP250. It's becoming obvious to me these Mars panels have far too much Blue on them. They should have used half as many 5000K as they did.

Thank you for the response yo.Much appreciated. I certainly would have picked something with more oomph if I had a choice. I'm good tho, no trip. I'll use it to Veg the hell outta some plants.

E.G. sorry for the early early thread jack. Saw the opportunity to question someone much wiser than I on the subject.

All good man lol I thought for sure haters would be around by now haha. The tsw2000 is bright as fuck almost as bright as the 600 I had in there but it doesn’t penetrate as much not even close. We will see I already had the area ready to flower so figured it would be a good test. @Airwalker16 have yoou flowered under the tsl?

I just got my first led within my budget..Mars tsw 2000 .. pretty bright as I'm used to 600hps... I'm working with a 3.5x3.5 tent x 70.. I'm just dipping my toes in the water ..so pretty anxious to see what happens ✌

You're gonna be so much happier with the new Mars than that single ended 600HPS. That much I can guarantee. You'll see such an enormous difference in temperature. It's going to make you smile. So so So MUCH LESS HEAT to deal with.
And in a 3x3 I'd imagine you'll still have about the same yield with 300watts instead of double that at 600. There comes a point where there's just too much light and it doesn't give you more yields. Diminishing returns is what it's called. So I think you're gonna have an absolutely wonderful first run with LED. Welcome, mate.

I use other brands and was as much anti Mars as anyone but these lights are interesting. The TS and SP lines could be a welcome addition for more than a few. They are also not as directly cloned from HLG as some Murican copyanies .
