Pests infestation ?

Any recommend spray and schedule for that ?
You don't need anything fancy but need to be consistent in your spray schedule and very thorough when you spray to get every tiny bit of the plant.

I buy the concentrated insecticidal soap product called Safer's End All II and mix it up in 1L batches plus add 10ml/L of canola or neem oil. Way cheaper to buy the concentrate. A 500ml bottle of the concentrate cost me $15 and makes 10L compared to a 1L of premixed for $13.

Do your spraying after the grow lights go out or switch the light off for an hour to do your spraying. Does not hurt anything to interrupt the day cycle. Turn off any fans too so the spray doesn't dry too fast. I like to do a rinse spray the day after with RO water alone but didn't the last time and it didn't seem to hurt the plants any.

Spray every 4th day for 4 spray cycles at least to make sure they are all dead. This spray won't kill the eggs so that's why repeated sprays are needed so that any young that hatch don't live long enough to lay more eggs. This stuff kills by suffocating the bugs and no bug can build immunity to suffocation so 3 different types of sprays are not needed. It also takes many, many generations for a bug to develop immunity to any type of chemical so the advice to switch products each spray is bro-science at it's finest. lol

Good luck!

that’s what it looks like to me , but I actually don’t have any animals. So that’s why I’m buggin out lol
Could be one of your own hairs so get a magnifying glass and make sure you actually have bugs before starting a spray program. Some people bug spray just as a preventative but that to me is like getting chemo to prevent cancer. lol

NICELY put OMU! I might add the simply statement of - be SURE you get the underside of all the leaves and hit the media surface and areound, even under the pot/container.

On another note: The use of low dose pyrethrin mix's - sprayed at every crack in the wall, around doors and windows, around any point of entry for a bug. Works as a repellent for well after the effective life of the chemical is over.

I guess I could have elaborated a bit more than 'get every tiny bit of the plant', so here goes! :)

I lay my 3 foot plants on their sides so I can start spraying from the base up and just roll it around until I've got everything. I also keep a 500w shop light behind me over my shoulder to be able to see any missed spots easy. Then stand it up and get all the tops while running my other hand up through the branches to separate the leaves and get them all good too. Lots of drips and overspray on the top of the soil but spray it too and all around the pots and grow area as well. I'll wear a latex glove on my left hand so it doesn't get so much spray on it but don't worry about it much. The mist can irritate the eyes and throat tho.

I got my last batch of mites and thrips from free plants and knew they were there when I got them. Rescues from a freezing green house and in my arrogance figured I could handle it. Just wasn't militant about it from the start like I should have been so it took near 2 years to get rid of them. Almost a year now bug free so must have worked. :)
