Is my Temperature and Humidity in Range for Germination

Have you put the seed directly in the medium? Imo, it's Usually best to pop the seed first so you have a sprout. And your pot looks very large . What is your medium?

People have failures all the time using the paper towel thing. Not talking about germ failures...I'm talking about sprouts that don't make it once they get into media. So...do so knowing that you may kill 1 or 2.

Cannabis plants are 99% water. Rh is the water content in the air, at the seedling and vegetation stage high humidity won't affect the plant. However, once you're in the flowering stage it's best to keep humidity below 40%. 83f is on the high end but should be fine in that stage aswell

15L / 3.9 gal airpot, growing autoflowers and figured I'd start it in the finishing pot to avoid any unnecessary stress.
Medium is happyfrog and 'living soil/supersoil' in bottom 1/3 of pot, remaining is 1/3 straight happyfrog then 1/3 warrior lite starter mix on top and down the center in a funnel shape

Partially correct, partially incorrect...humidity affects every part of photosynthesis...which is the biggest denominator in the veg cycle (weeks 1-4, 1-5, 1-8, depends on how long you veg for)

Google you a good vpd chart for cannabis and follow that for your humidity as a general guideline, just know that it is definitely okay to veer a little outside that range from time to time (in other words, dont be like me and stay chained to the hygrometer), but if you want to optimize your growth during veg cycle, there are definite and precise parameters you should follow........................keep humidity as low as your plants will allow during flowering, if you're cooped up in a tent it will be hard to get to the recommended 45%, otherwise you risk bud rot................

No soaking with water in glass or in papertowels just straight in the dirt and keep wet...

Now I got to figure out light intensity for early seedling...
For germination I adjusted the Fluence 2p led down to 15% at approximately 20inches above the top of pots...

I always worry so much until my plants are established. Higher humidity I think is ok because they are needing what they can to hold on to what little water they have. Ss far as light the light strength I think is less important than if they stretch or just moving the light closer if they do start to.over stretch.

at this point I suggest -fluence spydr 2-p (autoflowers)
18inches @ 20% until 3days
18inches @ 30% until 7days
18inches @ 35% until 14days
18inches @ 40% until 21days
12inches @ 40% until 28 days
8inches @ 50% and that's where i'm at currently

going to increase intensity and distance of led to 15inches @ 100% as they progress to late flower (autoflowers)
You may can be more aggressive with the light - but i know you will be safe starting with above recomendations
