Yep those are male parts and it looks like they busted a nut. You can spray the area with water to kill the pollen, pluck them and remove all of those lower flowers and monitor...or just chop

Why chop? Are seeds from herms not good?

She's not ready to chop yet, only 4 weeks into flowering.
really gutted, I only grow 1 plant a year & I'm almost out of supplies. Have to see this through and try to minimise the damage.
Really not interested in harvesting seeds, I have space for 1 plant & not hanging around to see if it's a male or female.
Spray & pluck it is then.... a sad day

Spray and pluck. You gotta do what you gotta do. Might as well finish it out if it's your only plant. You'll still get some weed. You just might have to pick out a few seeds. Not all is lost. Get what you can. It could end up being pure fire with a few seeds. You're lemon might turn out to be some delicious lemonade.
