Your mileage may vary.

As an aside the architecture of a strip is a combo circuit so the debate of parallel versus series is irrelevant.

Fortune cookie boards and connectors have ratings for both voltage and current, voltage for insulation and current for ampacity (heat capacity of continuous current)

Yes I know that but I am keeping it simple
Start your own thread to explain all things electrical and I will go through and pick the shit out of it as this one was quite enjoyable until you came on here.

Also for those looking for a cheap alternative to t slots, go with threaded rod thru aluminum angle to allow you to adjust, add, subtract strips. It's an easy way to repurpose your light for another area, modify etc.
pics? does the angle need to be tapped or has threads?

The hole in the angle aluminum would have to have a short thread tapped in to it. Whether it's 1/16 or 1/4" thick if it's going to move when you turn threaded rods. I think he means connect t them with some sort of strap at the middle and run a rod through the length of the whole fixture, both Lengths of aluminum so when you turn it they come inwards.

I also would love to see an example.
