Is this thrips?

The pH of your medium is low. That is causing those stripe patterns on your leaves. A bluelab soil pH pen would likely confirm my diagnosis.

Have you started feeding them? They look a little overfed. Fox Farms is good for 4 -5 weeks without feeding.

If you are getting runoff when watering without any feed you are rinsing out the nutrients in the soil. Only water to get runoff when you are bottle feeding them.

Runoff measurements of pH are useless.

Nope havnt fed.
If you're growing in Fox Farms you shouldn't be having any issues with 3 week old plants. I have a couple plants 2 weeks into flower growing in Fox Farms without any issues. Are you growing under LED's?

Bagseed isn't going to be anymore prone to issues than some designer strain. I asked about LEDs because with the popularity of LEDs and more people using them it seems that there are more people having issues. I rarely see anyone having issues when growing under HID's. I don't know if there is any correlation but I do know many say you need supplemental calcium when growing under LEDs. I've just been giving my plants in Fox Farms plain tap water without bothering with pH. My tap comes out a little over 7.0 pH. I use it straight from the tap. Something is going on and it's not just you. Lots of people having issues when they shouldn't be. I think I'll stick to my plain old cheap dry nutes and inexpensive HID. I never have any issues.

Sorry, but I'm of no real help. Good luck.
