MARS REFLECTOR 144 800W LED GROW LIGHT
That light only draws 280W. When people ask about lights like those I always suggest THIS. It's far less expensive, draws 300W, and I have first hand experience with the reliability and how the plants like it. I've had two running in my 4x4 tent for 2 years now and have had good results with them. If you want to see how my plants do under them then you can look at my current grow diary HERE.

I never really started keeping track of grams/watt until my last harvest, and that wasn't that great as far as yield goes, but that was caused by me lollipopping the plants too heavy and too late. I won't have a solid gram/watt number for my current grow until it's harvested. But, I can say that my first grow was under one of those lights, in a 32" x 32" tent and I yielded a little over 6oz from 4 plants, and that comes out to around 0.6g/watt. I'm pretty sure my current grow is going to be above 1g/watt, but I stopped guessing what my yield is going to be a few grows ago.

You're welcome. If you click on my grow diary link, and then click on my avatar at the top right, it will show the other grows I've tracked. The Purple Haze grow is the one I got the low yield from but the flower was the frostiest and most potent I've grown so far. My friends have been begging me to grow more of it.

The "official" answer I've found was that the seedling stage ends/vegetation starts once the first multi fingered leaves show. Some narrow it down more and say that the seedling stage ends once the plant starts growing leaves with the full number of fingers of the plant. But, who knows how many fingers each pheno has when you grow from seed? I just start counting veg when the first set of leaves with 3 or more fingers are showing.
