Put your hand on the pot and give it a firm push.

Go buy a bag of alfalfa pellets at a feed store, you'll get a 50 lb sack for $15. Grind a cup up with a 24 oz of water in a blender and top dress. High quality fertilizer at a low price. It also has a plant hormone in it that will accelerate growth.

EWC or vermicompost is always good to add. I do try to mix mine with some pumice or lava rock to add aeration though. Maybe get an easy to use organic fertilizer, or get some individual amendments and do your own thing. I've been using individual amendments so I can learn more. EWC and chicken shit are a couple of my favorites now. But I've also been impressed with Grokashi, guano, and some other obvious stuff like kelp meal. You're on the right track going fully organic. Delicious nugs.
