i just had a look at their website. Its shit and has no info I can find. I wouldn't recommend them when info is hard to find or non-existent. The legit guys have info being thrown at the customer.
So you are suggesting buy at $1500 light to see if it works for you/ What I'm saying try these first at $500 as good as the rip-off $1500 , and you don't know. If these work for you then not much to lose., as paying$1500- 2000 is a massive commitment for something you don't know.

And do you concidering it ALL made in CHINA?
Not everything is made in China. A lot of individual diodes are but also a lot come out of Taiwan. A lot of the bigger names in leds also lay their own diodes onto pcbs so they can make sure they are getting the actual diodes they pay for. Diodes that look almost identical to the eye can have vastly different performance which is why you see a lot of hlg rip offs that can’t even get close to competing with an actual hlg panel.

seems your new to leds but.

ayou have been sold lies, welcome to the world of marketing.
lol.
i haven't been SOLD anything. But like any good Client or Salesman I like to read the brochure and its competition. Why buy something when you dont know what it is?
But Im not up on LEDs as much as some but from what i know the competition is strong and ever changing. The companies id buy off would be happily informing me of WHY i should buy them and be confusing me with math and science.

If you were recommending a brand new Motorcycle id want to know why i should buy it. Sure price is nice but usually you do get what you pay for.
If you were recommending a stock to someone you would know some history for eg and be saying why I should buy it.

But dont worry about it that makes sense, when you said earlier you didnt have the best results with LED. Its because you may have lights that are not as good as others.
LEDS are confusing as fk and some guys on here are up on the tech.

I used to be up on the tech. It’s been 6 months but so now I’d be way behind the curve. Still easy enough to spot a fox in the hen house but.

What we learned from Scott Morrison's press conference
Here’s the key points that have come out of today’s National Cabinet press conference:
  • Only two people should now gather in public spaces and “other areas of gathering”, but it will be up to states to enforce that limit. Prime Minister Scott Morrison said households could still gather together, but individual people can only meet with one other person.
  • National Cabinet resolved there should be a moratorium on evictions from rental properties for the next six months on the basis of “financial stress”. Morrison encouraged tenants and landlords, “particularly” in commercial properties, to work out arrangements in cases of financial stress.
  • Some new public areas – public playgrounds, outside gyms and skateparks – will be closed as from tomorrow, and group boot camps will no longer be allowed. One on one personal training sessions are still permitted.
  • New “strong advice” advice for individuals is people should stay home unless shopping for essentials; for medical care or compassionate needs; to exercise in compliance with the new two person rules; to go to “work and education if you cannot work or learn remotely”.
  • People who are over 70, people with chronic illness over 60 and Indigenous people over 50 are strongly advised to stay home.
  • Morrison says vulnerable or elderly people who need help with shopping or other needs should try to access “support through their community or others and I’m sure they could even ring their local MP”.
  • Chief medical officer Brendan Murphy suggested the rate of infection in Australia was lower than predicted and there was “evidence that the public health measures that we are putting in place and the social distancing measures are likely to be having some early effect”.

From quick bloom lights.

On there site it say 1000 watt hps killer.
Pffft more like 250hps equivalent.

Got my money back first grow.
But there shit gotta be like 400mm
Away and you still get tiny shit buds.

Tech aint there yet.

And i dunno how these companys c asn say 480 watts of led is better than 1000 watts.

1 watt is 1 watt.

LED doesnt suit our temps down here. Need sealed room or just run over summer.
U should compare W to W.

It’s because watts measure power, it’s not a unit of output and doesn’t deal with efficiency losses. For lights you want to measure their output in photons per area per distance or ppfd. Like a 1000w toaster outputs a little light from it’s resistance coil (and would be one bitchin toaster) but wouldn’t produce the same amount of light as a 1000w hps single ended because the toaster has no efficiency. Same as a double ended hps out performs a single ender.

leds are just another light source. All light is pretty equal if you go off the photon output. Unfortunately leds do have a downside which is cooler environments. Leds are the shit in hot areas where you’d normally be running tons of ac to keep hps grows cool enough.

I dont even use my veg ones unless i absolutely have to over summer. Works great over the drop saw.
Our temps just dont suit them. Sealed room with AC and we would be mad not to run them. But if the room needs 1000w of HPS then its best to replace them with 1000w of LED. Save the money on the AC bill, easy to work under, no replacement bulbs. Better product. Never going to explode and make u throw the crop out.
