Does anyone use worms in their indoor garden?

Ya, they help break down organic matter so the plant can use it. They also aerate the soil and basically provide fresh EWC as they decompose the organic stuff. I ordered mine from Uncle Jim's Worm Farm.

All my indoor grows have worms in the soil. When I topdress at 2 and 4 weeks of flower with fresh ewc, I don’t take the worms out. So they go into the soil.

I heard worms are likely to die if you have them in potted plants because there will have no food to eat.
I have my worms in compost bin. Right now I am cultivating a colony and in the future I wanted to make a super fertiliser from it. Organic food scraps(fruits and vegetables, egg shells)+greens(leaves and roots)+plankton+ bacteria+mycorrhizal spores. I am still in the process but with this jet fuel I think my weed is gonna fly to Mars and start roots over there.

The plant has dead roots, and other stuff in the soil. I have some in a sqaure pot, plus when you water the plants they come out.

Well you still have to keep them fed of course, lol.

Hey everyone I just got some clones off a friend and got them going indoors till it gets warmer outside, at which point i will put them on my roof! Put a bunch of worms in them today also a bunch of ground up fruits and veggies for them to feast on hopefully it goes well

Funniest thing i ever heard about worms in the indoor grow was along the lines of having a bunch of grease spots on the grow room floor to clean up . Don’t remember who to give credit or the context of their conversation but made me lol.

I ran red wigglers in an aquaponics grow bed (and swirl filter) for years. One of the nice things about composting worms is that they have the ability to self regulate their population based on the amount of food and the size of the living environment. Mankind should be so instinctive.

My indoor planters are 6 gallons. There’s enough organic matter in my soils to keep them going!!

Some of the photos seem to show earthworms, not composting worms. You want composting worms and they do need food sources- finished compost, mulching the top with leaves or chop and drop, and I'd feed very small amounts- bananas, avocado, melons, etc.
Also don't use Uncle Jims- most orders are drop shipped from whoever and more often than not you won't get pure red wigglers for composting.
