I don't use the bloom nute ( Tiger Bloom ) until I see pistols. If I use fresh Fox Farm soil, I don't feed until about 1 week after I transplant into my 3 or 5 gallon final pot. I also let the plant show me what it needs too. Usually by then I start to see a little yellowing starting at the lowest leaves so that then tells me it's time to add ferts and nitrogen. The Grow Big and Big Bloom bottles do this. I also grow under LED so I usually need to add a cal-mag feed once a week as well. Though I did grow White Widow that were calmag hogs and needed it every water and every feed. Hope this helps. Good luck,

Average tap is between 200 and 300. 500 and above is max contaminant level.

I think he’s checking after adding a ton of ph down? No way his tap is that high. Right? Hopefully?
My tap is over 9.0 ph but is like 250 ppm. After adding ph down its over 300.

Actually thats right i didnt consider the ph down making the ppm higher but i did check the water again from the tap and it was a little under 300 like 289 or something i think

Thats pretty rich. Just some thoughts...
I will start by saying that your plant doesn't look like the water is an issue, that said in the future you probably want to avoid using calmag and if magnesium is required go with epsom salt. Would be wise to send off a sample for analysis. If you can see how much calcium, magnesium, iron and whatever else is in there you can tailor your feed accordingly to prevent lockouts.
It could very well be that your water has a pretty close to 2:1 ratio of calcium and magnesium. It sure doesn't seem to be an issue from what I can see.
The plant doesn't look like it's near done so I wouldn't be flushing yet.

Send off sample for analysis? How would i do that? And if i use epsom salt instead of calmag what measurements do i use for that?

There are companies that can test your water for a small fee providing you with a list of what is in the water. Usually they list it as mg/l and thats the same as elemental PPM. Elemental PPM is your true PPM, electronic meters simply use conductivity to estimate your PPM however different compounds in the water will conduct at different rates meaning your meter isn't reading the actual elemental PPM.
Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt) or Mg2SO4 is comprised of 2 magnesium atoms, a sulfur atom and 4 oxygen atoms.
If we take the atomic weights of the elements, determine what percentages are Magnesium and Sulfur (oxygen is a large part of the mass), we can then calculate how much Magnesium and Sulfur are being added be mass. Of course Epsom Salt likes to grab up water so these numbers are only truly valid if you dry the epsom salt first lol.
If we are talking dry epsom salt then adding 1 gram to a gallon will provide an elemental PPM of Mg=26 and S=34.
When I was running coco I had to add a gram per gallon in veg and 2 grams per gallon in flower. I was running RO water and already had the 5 mL of calimagic as part of my soil recipe. So the coco fix was adding the epsom. 5 mL of calimagic fixes my RO water (for any growing) and the extra epsom is a coco fix. Of course you want to keep the overall PPM acceptable so you may have to reduce your A&B parts by a touch.

So its been 6 days since i did the "flush" on my plant and since then ive had to water it once and will probably need to water again within the next day or so but im not sure how close it is to being ready i used the usb microscope and i see a few amber trichs but im not sure if i should let it go longer ive not fed any nutes since the flush just ph'd water and some of the leaves are slightly yellowing any advice?

Water till harvest should be fine if it’s actually close. Just try not to chop her early so you don’t short change yourself.
