ok, i just put my seeds in qubes (after cracking) and will wait to see what comes up . my Q is do i start them on solution as soon as i see growth or wait a week or so and just use distilled water??

They shouldn't need any nutes at all for at least a couple weeks.

NO NUTES for sprouts for the first 3 weeks then start on 1/4 strenght and build it up as the plant grows.just use good soil with a ph 6.5-7.0.
and water of about the same.
you will need to do a water run through to measure the ph correctly.
and keep the soil nice and moist to start with.
