Too small for 12 days?

They seemed to be doing good and now I feel like they stopped growing at about day 8 or 9

Be patient, just let them go. The more you look at them, the slower they grow. Trust me, I learned this the hard way years ago.

I've gotten over the looking at em all the time, I just see some other 2 week olds that have tons of fanleaves and are already looking bushy and some of mine don't even have there first set of fingerd leaves
 
Maybe because it's in such a huge pot it's building a good root system I start mine in small pots and yes for 2 weeks they are small. Sorry rub salts in the wounds but here's mine at 2 weeks

I've got one in a small plastic pot and she's doing the same as the others

I'm right with ya right now buddy, I'm feeling your frustration. I have 2 the exact same age and size, I'm thinking "what the Fuh"
I suspect because I'm growing in my basement and now that spring is here my furnace doesn't kick in as often for the main living area, leaving my down stairs still cold.. brrrr. I sitting at 64-69 in my tent.

What's the climate like in your grow area ?

(EDIT) I just tried zooming in on your second set of pics you posted, Does that say your temps are going to a low of 63 ? I think we maybe have found a common issue and reason for our stunted plants..

Yeah my lights off temp drop quite a bit idk how to help it though ... When it's cold outside is cold in my room and when it's hot out it's HOT my room
 
Get yourself one of those oil filled electric heaters and use it....They are really very economical to use on a low setting

I'm gonna have to next winter, this year March was like April and April's like March, I've never seen snow like this in April but didn't get any through march
 
personally, every time ive had plants that small at 2 weeks theyve continued to be slow and ive ended up axing them. Imo they are either weak beans, struggling with the mediums ec or ph, or are naturally very slow growing.
You just have to ask yourself is it worth another 6 to 8 weeks of your time to grow them out and possibly come good or find out that they remain stunted and poor growing . ..when you could pop a few more beans and find something that grows a lot better.
Its ok saying give them time, but seedlings are usually a good bit further on at 2 weeks
 
they seem really healthy, they are working on the root zone. try not to give them too much water until the root zone builds up :)

I've had cold temps lately, coulp popping a seedling mat under em maybe help warm the roots?
 
Ill also add, your soil looks bone dry at the top there. I know everyone reads the pitfalls of 'noob mistake #1 overwatering' but they do like a moist soil not too dry either, though they wont die the same as over watering they wont flourish either. Id say water with luke warm water and wait until the surface soil begins to feel dry, then lift the pot and judge the weight. Usually you can then water in a day or 2 once the surface begins to dry out. Bone dry suggests to me youre leaving it too long.
