When to top.

Hey guys.
So what's your favorite time to top a plant? 3 nodes? Or 5 nodes? And why?

Just to be clear I know my mama isnt ready yet but will be soon if I choose 3 nodes photo just because

I let it go to about 6/7 node then top at the third. Reason I was shown this way when I was learning, replicated it and never thought to change it haha!

I usually top when there’s five nodes. I just top the very top node leaving four. And then top again few more times leaving week or two between toppings
