a little help with these skywalker seeds plzzzzzz

i thought it was to much water so i dryed them out, got worse. fed them with 100 ppm water using my city water 60ppm and sensi grow a&b 1ml/gal.
they just dont seem to wanna come back
i dont have any ph problems as my city has good water system (tap water is 6.5)
any ideas would help so much please and thank you

Overwatered and now root rot? My guess..

Seems many overthink the early stages of life...seed in soil, keep moist...not soaked..moist, seed sprouts...keep soil moist, never soaked..2-3 sets of leaves have now formed and the soil is drying out faster than 24hours..place plants in tray of water, allow to soak up what it needs... Let it grow, add nutrients as needed... I got through veg with water, seaweed extract and calmag...from seed to about three nodes...watered with spray bottle only.
