Bi colored leaves

First time grower here. Noticed my plants leaves have one side a dark green and the other half is lighter? Not sure if it’s normal or not?

I wouldn’t worry to much right now. Although I do see some water drops on your leaves. If you’re growing indoor, be careful because with liquid getting on your leaves, the light will burn them. Keep us posted.

It wont burn them, its not like a magnifying glass or anything.

We’ll encourage him to just spill water everywhere, as a matter of fact, tell him to dump a bucket of water on the entire plant while he’s at it. When his plant is dying from not worrying about water sitting on his leaves, he can take it up with you. If he doesn’t have the proper ventilation and air movement, that’s exactly what’s gonna happen, or mold, which is worse than a burn. Better to practice safely even if he has all the proper checks and balances in order. And yes, when it rains, water gets on plants all the time, and no they don’t burn, why..... Because Mother Nature has her checks and balances in order, like wind, humidity and heat to combat the problems, something we all strive to achieve inside our grow rooms. I believe my response was based on an indoor grow, and a magnifying glass isn’t necessary for a light beaming down for 18 to 24 hours to burn a leaf because excess water is sitting on it without the proper air flow to evaporate it. But hey Pmurp, don’t listen to me, 2Hearts is pretty knowledgeable.
