I'm one of those really tall skinny people. No matter what I do, I see no results...but it keeps me in shape :)

I've been boxing now for 3 years. We do cardio there too. The past 4 months I have REALLY been eating healthy....and I feel great lately.

I just seem to keep growing up and not out. I don't mind...knowing theres room to improve :D

I've played alittle collage and semi-pro football......
I've been a gym rat most of my life.
I workout(lite reps) before work 3-4 times a wk.
and I power lift on the weekends.
Now that I'm older, it's all about maintaining and burning calories.

I ran track and played football for 6 years and ever since then I've been addicted to staying in ridiculously good shape. I bike almost everyday and workout 4-5 times a week an hour a day depending on how busy I am with classes.

Well i started working out around maybe 8 months ago which consisted of jump rope, and using a stationary bicycle because i was a pretty heavy guy. At my heaviest around 2 years ago i was 252 pounds at 5'9. But after i droped some pounds doing cardio i started lifting weights around may of this year. So after 6 months or so of lifting weights atleast everyday or everyother day atleast 30 mins or more depending on how i felt. In 8 months i went from 252 to 204, honestly i couldnt really tell that much of a difference until i noticed my clothes looked ridiculously big on me. Aswell as my triceps, pecs, and biceps are noticible when im walking around with a tanktop on. Feels good as hell losing weight but i still want to lose the bit of stomach i still have left over. Any advice on how to tone up the abs and lower abs?

I'm a fecking gym rat. Everyday, unless injured or sick which is rare, I'm there. Now that I've hit the 50 age group I can't do the weight I used to, but I still go strong and hard with what I can. I mix one day cardio/abs followed the next day by resistance training. I used to incorporate swimming in my routine but here were I live it's hard to get a lane. I also walk. I'm a fecking walking machine. If I can walk there I will and will definetly walk for pleasure (while hitting a twisty hehe).

I quit lifting about 3 months ago.
I tore a ligament in my shoulder. It's pretty bad....I can't even throw a baseball.
I need surgery if I ever plan on lifting again.

basically i at the end of freshman yr of high school my boy said "if u're seriously considering trapping u need 2 gain weight
i was 13, 4'11 and 87-93 lbs my whole life (no food at home)
so during the summer i sold whatever i could to make sure i got a good amount of food and started just doing pushups situps chinups pullups squats and towe raises when i had toned that up i started eating alot of protein and calcium rich foods and lifting weights, by the end of the summer i was 14, 5'1 and 110-115 lbs i played football and ran track completely forgetting the reason why i wanted to be bigger in the first place

the nex summer i lifted weights ate everything in site ad did enough cardio to keep a good running speed by the end of that summer i was 15, 5'3 125 lbs and started trappin

now i'm 20 5'8 and 165 and still lifting weights i love the endorphins rush when i finish an excercise and when i'm playing football my raw power when taking off.
on the street i to hide how big i am so if i got into a fight i could pull a 1 hit knockout cuz they wouldn't expect it lol but in the club i'm all about the tight t, fly jeans and the forces lol
