Leaf problem

Hi guys . I noticed my old fan leaf was turning dodgy. And I noticed the same on another . I have just taken the leaf off coz I didn't know what to do . I went to 12/12 a week and a half ago. . Is it defo coz of not having enough light in there or is it a disease ?
