Hi my plant is almost 2 months old now and in the past 5 days these balls have been appearing over the plant i cant tell if it is a male or female or if it has possibly hermied. I had the plant on a cheap ebay light the produced less then 115 watt, no im using a dual spectrum 600 watt light and the temperature is between 29°C - 35°C sometimes reaching 40°C, could this of caused the sacks to be produced. They are appearing inbetween side branching and on the top of the plant, as seen in the photos. whats your thoughts thank you.

The pollen sacks you see. You would have had just one or two appear some time ago. After that, they begin forming in bunches.
damnnn what a waste of time, im going to throw it away. will it effect the area i was growing it in as i want to plant another seed hopefully this one is feminised

There will be no problem. It appears as though the sacks are very young, and there's some time before they start to open.

Note that feminized seeds are forcibly created as female, so unless you actually purchased seeds that are labeled as fem, they'll be regulars, which means 50/50 male female.

I know you're just starting out so this may seem a stretch, but I'd let the plant grow out, and collect all the pollen. Mix it with 2/3 baking flour, and put the mix into a dark container in a cool, dark place (cold cellar or freezer). Then, when you do get some female plants, you can use a small artist paint brush to apply pollen to specific bud sites on a female (or an entire plant). When the female finishes, you'll have bud full of your very own seeds.
