I've been gradually lowering my hours every week I'm now at 16 hours on 8 hours off just started today... I've been acclimating my plants to the sun slowly by putting them in a shady area then each day I give them more and more light but It seems im still getting alittle preflowering in the plants ... if it continues should I keep them inside under 24 hrs ?

Preflowers happen when its sexually mature. I wouldn't lower the lighting anymore no. Even at 24 hours of light you can get pre flowers.

Sounds like you are on track.

Ok yeah I was gonna lower them to 15 - 9 ina week but if 16 - 8 is good ill just stick to that... hopefully everything goes smooth and they stay vegging

Your fine, just sexually mature and showing preflower, they will continue veg, long as it's a photoperiod plant and not an auto.
