I have to keep a certain amount employees per loan for 8 weeks to not have to pay monies back

FYI you need a E-Trans to get your money. SBA assigns it to you. your loan needs to be assigned an E-Tran number before you can get your PPP money. you should know this but I understand why you don't...Its call being a fucking liar

I don't know how it works but I know my lady is dealing with it at her job. All her people had to come back. If they didn't wanna come back she was telling them they are completely cut from the place. Honestly not sure if its a state or company thing. But I do know they have to be working at regular capacity and hours/wages. So there will be like 8 people working even if only 1 customer comes in. They do lots of cleaning lol

It is not a fucking State thing. SBA is a fucking independent agency of the Executive branch of the Federal Government. I hope you were joking. Colorado has nothing to do with the rules set by The Cares Act.
UB just lying his ass off and got busted. Not a fucking chance in the world you getting PPP and PUA. You can get PPP and EIDL , but not PUA.

Remember this the same idiot who claim his wife is filthy rich with property all over the nation, but yet she pays only 170 for her ACA. I guess they forgot to add the Investment income and rental and royalty income...I would include capital gain but he never mentioned her selling any said property :roll:. The guy post too much and forgets what the fuck he post. Anyone who understands numbers and business can see right though his bullshit

Yeah in order for the boss/owner to not pay that money back, he/she needs to keep the number of employees on his payroll that he/she applied for when they applied for the PPP loan.
I had no problem hiring 3 people . Not everyone can get unemployment. I pretty much have stayed open due to laundromats and dry-cleaners are considered essential...but honestly people not using dry-cleaners as much and I can only allow so many into the laundromats
