The description for the 600w is identical to the 1200w. Im guessing its 130-150w which is a bit small but ok for a 2x2. The "1000w" would have been a bit better but you should be fine. You should be able to hang it 18'' from your plant and it should start growing much better. Maybe start at 24'' and let the plant grow closer.

Don't do that. That's just for clones. It stops the plant from putting energy to those chopped leaves so it can focus more on growing roots.
And don't trust the pH reading on that soil tester you have.

Since you're in soil you usually don't have to worry about pH much. I'm just saying ignore that pH meter. Good pH probes aren't cheap. I finally bought the BlueLab Soil Pen to test my no-till soil.
I keep my veg and flower tents at 78F during lights on. I maintain 40-45% humidity in flower, and 50-60% in veg.
