I want to at least give them the chance to make it right. Even though the listing was described as new in box. Saw a couple scuffs that pointed to having been previously installed. I just hope they make it right before I have to resort to Ebay's buyer protection. Had a real headache last time I went that route

I wouldn’t wait .... that’s the whole reason protection option is there. Plus the fact , it was listed “ as new “ .

I used to be a long time seller on eBay ... seller often gets screwed by buyers ( they kept item AND got refund).
Ebay sucks ass anyways , but for buyers they always lean toward “ buyers side “ of transaction.

Even as I decided to sell my QB 304 v1 boards for Diablo replacements very soon , I won’t be listing them there.

Working on it. Haven't heard back from the seller yet. Just wanted to get some more light on a shorter plant in my flower tent. Tried a few screw in type household leds, but they create more shadow than light

Still haven't heard from them. Reading the buyer protection policy I saw that they get 3 business days to make it right. If they do not, then ebay will open the investigation. Going to order from hlg today

Are you sure they are running in series? If so, none of them should be working. If one dies, they all go out because the circuit is now open. Maybe you wired wrong? Can you draw a quick schematic of what you did?

The dead board must be shorted rather than open circuit. I suggest a very close examination of the area around the wire connectors on the dead board, look for anything that could cause a short between the power wires.

I can dig that, but what about the board that partially lights up?
A close inspection with a jewelers loop revealed something I must have looked over with my bad eyes. Appears to be super glue involved with this con job

Final update, seller refunded me and told me to keep the boards before I had ebay step in. Wanting to make a fixture for the working boards. Anyone think that the board with a few burnt diodes is ok to run, or better in the trash?
