DWC Want to use a root enhancer but I'm not rich-

I'm not sure I need it, but just noticed how easy my plants "tip" now without it, so roots can't be as long.
Problem is I finally finished my 12 plant 125 gallon DWC waterfall setup with 3" pvc. So basically I need a liter of cannazym (or similar)every fill (actually not quite enough)

$30 a week just for that isn't happening. Any cheaper methods (that I probably don't need anyhow)?

OregonizmXL is something you can do without too. It's powder and cheaper. I swapped out the cannazyme a couple years ago. Love the Canna products, hate the price.

Don't need any root stuff for dwc. Don't need cannazyme at all. Just main nutes(A+B) and maybe some humic/fulvic acids like DiamondNectar or something, thats it.

LOL That's kind of funny, after alot of bs, I've stuck with the trio, cal mag and the diamond nectar.

I wanted to try Advanced Nutes A+B Mixes, but w/ big bud, b52, candy, and overdrive added, the cost of Advanced over General hydroponics is over 2x1.

I might buy it for my flood table tho, in smaller sizes.

Are you depending on your roots to keep your plants upright?
No I've got them in 8" net pots zip tied down and filled to brim with clay pebbles. By this time last harvest the stems were bigger and rooted like trees. Had a bigger oscillating fan on constantly only difference otherwise.

Yeah this is all I use. I mean technically I'm using H&G Aqua flakes but yeah same idea. I dose Calimagic+Epsom Salt, Aqua Flakes A+B, some Diamond Nectar, and then Clorox regular bleach to keep my res sterile at like 1ml/4gal on the 3rd day religiously. That is all that I use and have had fantastic results. I tried beneficial bacteria and I tried poolshock and both gave me root issues, the clorox just works.

Hey wasn't there a report on cannazyme and the other products for roots, done by like, rocket surgeons, that said the microbes were non existent in 85% of products?

I can't find it, found mention of, but no links.
Did Great white and the like scrub the internet?

I am experimenting with a bloom booster of some kind but haven't come up with anything yet. Not even if its worth it or not. Going to try and figure that out this run. Also looking at an ebb and flow/flood and drain table myself as my Canna Aqua Vega/Flores does not seem to play well in DWC. Least not nearly as well the Aqua Flakes.

Sorry I spelled it wrong.
It works great for me but I mix it with distilled water or brew it for a day. I use it inside and outside.

Plus side they will send you a free sample just pay shipping. ;-) (at least they used to)

Movement, like from an fan or from you messing with them, will encourage the stem and branches to grow thicker. I think it's the same mechanism by which muscles grow bigger; small damages encourage repair and growth.

I bought a flood table last month for a 4x4, just cut corners off, jammed it in, and promptly filled her up w/ 25 clones in 2 gal bags.w coco. It sure is nice, just changing the water once a week and letting her go with no fiddling with it. I did forget to add water when the MJ took off and burnt the pump...

I started to get caught up in all the -You need xyz to go with the abc, $200 more should do it. Then my old man gave me some sound advice-

"What the hell do you need all that shit for? I thought it was supposed to grow like a weed"

My parents bud was nothing like this sheet. I burned with them with my bud and they said only a few from back then were comparable.

But yeah make production cost as low as possible is my sheet. No growing 100$ an oz personal bud, I like 3$ an oz bud. Happy growing

I havent needed any of that. Ive had a couple plants get so top heavy they tipped the whole netpot over and there wasnt anything I could do but tie it up, but I havent had any issues with my plants standing up in my 6" 5 gallon bucket style etpots.
The only other thing ive seen decent supporting evidence for is silica and my nutrient has more than most other IIRC.

Look at them fucking roots holy fuck
those were massive plants in 17 gallon totes. doubt ill ever grow anything that big again but it was nice to learn that 17 gal totes are about as big as a home grower would ever need for a single plant.
some plants root bigger than other. First run I had 5 strains with 8 plants and only 4 of them were quite this big in the roots.

U know what’s crazy @fragileassassin i was going to get a 17g but I got a seven wish I would of went first instinct also what u feel about buckets compared to totes in buckets seams to be more natural way for the roots to dangle and be separated etc tote they kinda seam like thier not able stretch but maybe all perspective I’m high as well so could be that ahahah
