Im just not understanding where the connection is here between photo vs auto and mothers and why mothers came up.

you got new school stuff. lol. and my poor Cobra is about 400 HP shy of your beast. the thing i dont' like about the new stuff (and not to knock you) but it makes crappy drivers look better than they should.
Hell ive barely had a chance to drive it yet lmao.. and its not that big of a gap. Its still stock and they dont make much over 600 at this DA.
I hope to eventually get to the Bondurant Racing School, they have a course specifically for SRT owners.

Some of the people on here are adamant that my lights are shit. The plants seem to be growing nicely, so I'm not sure what they mean. They never provide details they just say yo dude your lights suck. Why are they saying that?

Those blue/purple looking LED lights just arent good. If they were anything near what they are advertised to be, theyd be half decent but I have yet to see one thats been anywhere close. They just arent putting out nearly as much light as you probably think they do and you could do much better. Theyre likely good for less than half the space they claim and need to be hung lower than 3ft away.

Here's just a random example on amazon, first one I found. This light claims to be 1500/1200w replacement. If you read through the descriptions some it tells you the actual power draw, which is what matters. 155w veg switch + 80w bloom switch = 235w total which alone tells us this is nowhere close to a 1200w HPS replacement it claims to be. Then you factor in the diodes themselves and how inefficient they are or if theyre what the company claims they are.

Right, I did that research and the 2000w lights have 400w actual, so two of them is 800w actual. I had the lights closer but the plants weren't stretching, the stems were just getting fucking huge and the plants are super stout and sturdy, just super short like Peter Dinklage.

So you may have got some halfway decent ones then at least, so it focuses more on it being old tech like air said.
Theres just stuff way better and more power efficient.
If they work, they work and there's not much arguing that, but itll be pretty much the first thing youll want to look at when youre looking at what to improve in your setup to make your crop/yield better.

Probably not that specific one, but something more along those line yes.
