HELP needed plz

At first everything was moving smoothly until recently I thought my plants were getting over watered (due to the droopy leafs) however after buying a moister meter off amazon, I was able to tell that it was the exact opposite, they were dry. Yesterday night I decided to give them a good watering. I came to check on them 12 hours later and they don't look happy at all. Details below:

PH - 6.1-6.2
Soil - Promix HP
Temps- 80-84 range
Humidity- 40%-50%
Lights - LED on 24 hours (veg)
15g smart pots


I am currently only feeding "rock nutrients" (GROW) and "CX Mighty Growth Enhancer" - however for the past 2 weeks I haven't fed at all in order to try to problem solve. I am currently watering until they "pee" about 20% then I shop-vac the rest out. and I am currently giving them about 5.5 to 6.5 gallons of water each. Any help/advice would be great. If any additional information is needed on my end please let me know. Thank you for taking the time!

I think it looks like they’re getting over watered try 3 gallons once a day see if that helps. Try adding calm mag and revive to get them whatever it may be lacking

Before I was doing light watering just more often and I was getting the same issues, they looked like they were dying and wanted water. Also they NEVER had any run off at all when I watered (until this recent watering) I thought the rule was at least 10%-20% run off must occur ?

Perhaps you're catching them during their down time...you may not provide them with darkness, but they're going to rest regardless. Good luck
