Hello, so do the tricomes on the buds disappear in the drying and curing process. I bought some herb and I cant see the tricomes on the buds at all under the light.

No, they are there. Have you looked under a jewelers loop or USB microscope?

I can see them with the naked eye under the light, The weed that I bought there not visible under the light
