What light is that? Easiest way to figure out correct light is a LUX meter.

For your situation, those plants are so bad, I personally would just start over. Some people would try to finish them out. Up to you.

Thats a pretty powerful light, you got it dimmed way down or something? How many hours per day is it on?

Its dimmed half way. And it's time on is 18 hours 6 off

I would up it to 100% gradually (5-10% per day) and just run it 24 hours.

I wouldn’t do 24 only because I feel like the plant needs some rest. I’m sure Joe is trying to make up for lost time. But I would do a min of 2 hours of dark time. I know they say autos don’t need it but a half hour before lights out the leaves go droopy and same before they come on, they start to perk up. The plant knows what time it is!!!! Yikes. I run 20/4
but I agree up the juice on the lights

Joe was just trying to get you max results. But I think for the plants sake some dark time is good.

Yeah you can go either way. 18/6 or 20/4 or 22/2 or full 24 hours or 19 hours 27 minutes and 4 hours 33 minutes. Nobody knows the perfect number. My main point was to up the juice but do it over a few days not all at once.

Of course, I turned the light up about 5% now and wait till tomorrow to do more. Also should I lower the light closer to the plants?
