Brown spots: Nutrient burn or what else?

My indoor plant is in 4th week veg and started having brown spots. I've been feeding it with the canna bio products in line with the indicated quantities. I wonder if the plant felt it too much or if this is a sign of some deficiency... The temp and hr have been adequate so I don't think these are the factors. I've flushed it today just in case but any tip more than welcome.

The options are: genetic flaw, spilled fert on leaf, physical damage by something rubbing on it, damage by bugs or animal chewing, heat damage from close lighting. doesn't appear to be nutrient related. leaves look a little dark. be careful how often you add nutrients.

Thanks for that. Do you mean these brown spots could be any of those? How do I find out then, do I just guess?!

The damage is small and nothing to worry about. If it seems to spread, then you'd look for cause and effect. What happened recently that might cause the leaf tissue to die? You'd have to start by asking yourself that question. If nothing happened, then it's possible that it's just genetic flaw somehow.
