so I’ve been looking at this feed chart that came with green planet nutrients my water is right off the hop 200 and it say to have ppm 450-550 do I make it 650-750 or do I factor in the water aswell

Does your meter do EC as well? That is my preference over using ppms. EC is a universal measure whereas ppm has different multipliers and is inconsistent unless you know which multiplier they are using and which multiplier your meter is.

I have a typhoon 6 inch fan so I’ll probably just get the mountain air filter lol

Seeing as it sounds like your running exhaust and not a sealed tent, your Co2 is going "right out the window", literally.
Don't waste your money on the hydro store hype.
Or on feed bottles with cartoons on them made "specifically for weed".
Keep it simple and you'll do well.
